Time to whip out the ugly Christmas sweaters! This July we’re hosting festive feasts with all the trimmings, from Sean’s famous Yorkshire puddings to rosemary roasted chestnuts, herb-crusted Tasmanian Salmon, and eight-hour roasted porchetta.
Sip on soul-warming mulled wine and cinnamon-spiked cocktails while kicking back in one of Byron Bay’s cosiest winter venues. The weather outside may be frightful, but our fire is so delightful (as are our cocktails).
Unlike Santa, Chef Sean Connolly’s doesn’t discriminate who’s been naughty and who’s been nice! His decadent Christmas feast will be available seven days a week for both lunch and dinner sittings.
