For those looking for a morning celebration, our Recovery Brunch menu is available weekends from 9am-11am and includes a delicious selection of your favourite brunching delights to share. From our Spanish egg station to our delicious homemade coconut yogurt and paleo muesli and fresh seasonal fruits, this menu is set to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. Minimum 20 guests.
Our Fest and Banquet Menus are the perfect option to allow guests to indulge in communal feasts of delicious and seasonal fare. These menus are each bursting with a variety of fresh seafood, succulent mains and heavenly desserts, all carefully crafted by our executive chef Sean Connolly. Minimum 10 guests.
Platters are a fantastic option for group celebrations and for those looking to impress their guests with a wide range of fabulous finger food all whilst they enjoy some cocktails on the iconic wrap around balcony. Minimum 15 guests – Maximum 30 guests. From 3pm to 6pm.
