We are so happy to be back and begin to share some special moments again together here on our Balcony. It sure has been an adventure but now you get to sit back and let us take care of you once again. Although we are sure you all got creative in the kitchen over iso our executive chef Sean Connolly is excited help you indulge in some simple, honest food from his ever growing playbook of dishes. Balcony is known to have the most diverse oyster menu in Byron Bay and we cannot wait to get shucking for you again. We have a comprehensive wine list created by one of four Masters of Wine in Australia that pair perfectly with all dishes from seafood to steak and dessert. We take pride in our extensive cocktail list that is always being updated with seasonal and local flavors. Our talented bar staff can create all the classics for you, or they can offer you twists on the classics like our chilli mojito or our Brookie’s gin and tonic with aniseed myrtle.
