This Hamptons inspired space can be utilised for conferences, pre or post conference socials, team-building activities and exclusive product launches. Featuring crisp white walls, floor to ceiling windows with spectacular harbour views, and brand new Juliet balcony overlooking Beach Club, this space contains a fully-equipped private functions kitchen and private bathroom facilities to ensure a seamless event. The Sunset Room is ideal for large style multi-faceted conferences and is equipped with two plasma television screens, a wireless microphone and AV system.
For the ultimate beach-luxe conference, experience panoramic harbour views as a backdrop to your next meeting. The Harbour View Conference Room is located on the second floor of the venue in a quiet and spacious newly refurbished loft, which includes an inbuilt marble bathroom for the exclusive use of your conference guests. This room offers pens, notepads, a TV for presentations and complimentary wifi.
Our Conference Room is a versatile space which can facilitate up to 20 guests boardroom style or 40 guests in a theatre format. The room is fully equipped with all the conference necessities including a whiteboard, wireless internet, pens, notepads and plasma TV for laptop presentations.
We offer a diverse range of menus specially designed to complement your conference. From our morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea packages, our BBQ menu to our post-conference feasts, our menus are all different yet equally delicious!

All rooms booked as part of your conference are from $250 per room per night. Our event coordinators can assist if you would like to arrange any accommodation for your conferencing team.
Located only 11km from Sydney’s CBD, we are accessible by a raft of different transport options. Scenic and unique harbour transportation such as a ferry, private boat or water taxi can drop you off at Watsons Bay Wharf, only seconds from the entrance to the hotel.
