FOUNDER OF CHILDREN OF THE TRIBE
Our Soul Sisters guest speaker for the month of June is Emma McClean. Emma is the founder of the children’s fashion label Children Of The Tribe. Emma started her business while she was on maternity leave. Two years later her bohemian-style label is stocked around the world and has expanded into homewares and accessories. “I have always been creative, but the idea of starting a children’s clothing label was just a small idea/hobby. On a family holiday to Bali, my idea started to become a reality. A strong background in sales and a supportive network of local talent has helped Children Of The Tribe get to where it is today”.
Emma is a mother of 2, Willow and Coco and despite her label’s success, her priority is her family. “Before motherhood, I was always in a rush to do things” she reflects. “Living life in the fast lane and trying to achieve too much in one day, but being a mum has made me appreciate every day for what it is. No longer can I live life on my own schedule, instead I’m making sure my children’s needs are met first”.
Emma’s story is without a doubt an inspirational journey.
We are super excited to celebrate this inspirational woman at our Soul Sisters event on the 3rd of June while enjoying an indulgent brunch created by our Executive Chef Sean Connolly and bottomless bellinis. Bring your best gal pals and join us from 10am-12pm.
