We’re on Telly!

On the 28th of May we were lucky enough to be featured on the Sydney Weekender show. It was a real pleasure having Mel Symons in venue with us to taste our menu and meet the team that makes up Balcony Bar, including our executive chef Sean Connolly. Sean cooked up his famous mud crab, his rum baba and his slow roasted lamb shoulder for Mel. YUM!
