Our Breast Drag Event Ever

We turned everything pink and Byron came to the party.

For the month of November the team at The Balcony sought to raise funds for breast cancer awareness. We invited everyone to join us and help us give back to The McGrath Foundation, who have given so much to help families across Australia.

Our venue and menu was tickled pink, from frosty tipped cocktails and glamorous Queens to glittery pink buns – and we’re not just talking the burgers! 

Highlights and laughter

Throughout the month we hosted special events and boy did we have fun!  The spectacularly fabulous Penny Tration hosted a raffle and bingo entertaining Balcony goers with a glitzy & glam performance. With the help of our legendary customers, chefs, bartenders, staff and Queens everyone came together….

As a result we raised an incredible $11,789!

The team at The Balcony wants to give a massive shout out to everyone that dined with us.
Because you rocked up and sipped in support, you showed us what Byron Bay is all about.  We love seeing the community come together and giving back to such an incredible course. 

Our pretty in pink friends and family will be happy to know The McGrath Foundation have placed 151 Breast Care Workers in communities across Australia giving help and support to 90,000 families.  

We loved to see you paint it pink and join us for a month of fun and laughter.  Thanks Byron Bay and The Balcony Bar community. You showed us your very breast!
