Cheese

~ Pont l'Eveque 12.0
   A small square-shaped cheese of a pale yellow colour & with a white-orange rind.
   Made on small farms using rich, salty & almost pasteurised cow's milk. Pont l'Eveque
   is a very rich & soft cheese with a creamy, full-bodied flavour

~ Fourme d' Ambert 10.9
   One of France's oldest cheeses (dating back to the Roman period). It is a traditional
   farmhouse blue cheese yet is more dense & supple than normal blues. The flavour
   is savoury & nutty.

~ Ashgrove Vintage 10.9
   Produced through the months of November & December when the cows are in the
   peak of their lactation & the milk is ideally suited to Cheddar cheese production.
   This results in a cheese that is slightly creamier than standard Cheddar. The flavour
   is nutty with a slightly musty aroma
